• To cancel or update your appointment please email classiceyebrows@yahoo.com or text us (240) 817-9938 day before business hour at 11:00am to 8:00pm. For eyelashes service email or text us 24 hours prior appointment.
• You will be charged 50% of service fee if you same day cancellation 5 hours prior appointment. 
• If you cancel between 4 hours prior to your appointment and no show up, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service fee.
• Same day cancellation only text us (240) 817-9938 please.
• More than 5 minutes late will not be considered, I appreciate your arrival on time because of short service time frame.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least day before the beginning of your appointment to avoid charged a cancellation or no show up fee.
